The Offord Centre generates research on timely, relevant and global topics, including most recently the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on children, families, and communities. Researchers explored the response of healthcare systems and the health of providers when first managing the pandemic crisis, while also using longitudinal methodologies and national datasets to study the effects of pandemic lockdowns on child and youth mental health.
